ECM : To communicate on the Web

Mission :

To train ECM staff (managers and organizers) in communication strategy on the Web.

Multi-media Cultural Centers (ECM) of Languedoc Roussillon feel the need to improve their communication on the Internet. The objective is to give both the theoretical element of the stakes of the communication on the Web and the constraints of the reality of the communicating Web.

Espaces Culture Multimédia (ECM) du Languedoc Roussillon ressentent le besoin d'aiguiser leur communication Internet. L'objectif est donc de donner à la fois les élément théoriques des enjeux de la communication sur le Web et les contraintes de la réalité du Web communiquant .

Résult obtained :

Project of an ECM Website of Languedoc Roussillon.

Creation of a communication tool common to the region's ECM : e-mailing technics and a Newsletter.

Learnings and benefit :

Success : the anwers to the ECM needs are effective.

This was a real challenge. We had to mix Marketing Tools with every day's ECM problems.

The collaboration with the Montpellier's ECM Diago Kawenga and the ARSEC was close and improving.
